#2- WHITE or CAUCASIAN
#3- ASIAN or OTHER PACIFIC ISLANDER

Most agencies use 5 as other. Could be multi racial or unknown. We certainly aren't going to ask you you're race if we can't tell, we'd get more complaints. Running 5 in MILES is like using a wild card. It brings back all people with same name/DOB.
