Greetings,
I was travelling through Charles County and I had programmed the freqs on my BCD396T, however, I did not pick up any transmissions. I double checked that I had all the control freqs which I did. I even made sure the scanner was set to, "search" to pick up any and all ID's with negative results. Not sure if anyone else has a problem picking up Charles County but any advice would be appreciated.

I can pick up CC from my location in STM County with no problem on my PRO 2096. I can't say for certain without looking at your scanner settings, but I suspect you have something programmed incorrectly.
