FYI, the simulcast for 154.100 BWI Main Dispatch now is audible from my location. I don't know why, but it just started working. It was wierd. Thanks for the help to anyone who gave me advice on the BWI Fire Dispatch issue.

I am about 3 miles East of BWI. I am right below (if you know) Runway 28's glideslope. Sorry for not advising.

So.... this morning, BWI dispatchers (or someone at the station) seemed to be working from portables.... issues other than just the VHF (154.xx) frequency?
