Digital Testing on AACo TG 36816

Anyone else catch the digital comms testing on TG 36816?

At first, I was hearing what sounded like police dispatching - turns out it was but it was Howard County PD.

After a bit, some "comms" guys started "testing". One side refered to himself as "dispatch" and a patch and "both systems" were also mentioned.

Another interesting thing is that TRUNKERwas showing radio ids in the 30000 range which I have listed as Calvert County but the ranges aren't holding up the way they used to.....

This morning, the testing on TG36816 is identifying the channel as "County 3." That should indicate there will be a 36752 and 36784 as County 1 and County 2....maybe.

They're back again today.....( heard them earlier in the week also). Sounds like the DISPATCH side can track the mobile testing unit--- he's providing the exact location of mobile talker.

TG36816 is being refered to as a patch and being called County 3 (as was previously mentioned).

Earlier testing seem to include a patch with Howard County Police dispatching and the testing seems to be focused in the area of the Howard/Anne Arundel/Baltimore County triangle near Elkridge.
