I-CALL / I-TAC Testing

Noted Carroll Co testing I-CALL and all four I-TAC freqs at about 8:30a today. Reception was fair from No. Balt Co. Clearly, use of these freqs is still not a priority with the EMA folks (no surprise), as they joked on air about not doing another test until September.
