What happened at 1450 on 11/17?

My wife called as she was on Route 100 at about 1500 on November 17th.
She said several pairs of cops (presumably AA county cops) were passing
everyone heading away from Pasadena towards Ellicott City. She
estimated they were doing 80-85 MPH with lights and sirens.
What was going on around 1445-1450 or so and where?

Don't remember anything of significance and I was monitoring though not paying a lot of attention.

Could have been anything though, as that type of thing happens every day. I think there is a police log and fire log on the AACO website somewhere thst throws up the highlights. They also tweet important stuff, but I didn't see any of that action either.
