New Calvert talk group ????

So I was listening to calvert and ID :2640 popped up today and I never seen this before happen but it’s been on all night long sounds like a fire talk group . The dispatch is talking to them ( never heard this before ) and it’s not in the Calvert database. Who is this ??

Unless someone else has detected this talkgroup in the past and also wan't sure what it was and/or just never bothered to submit it to the database, the only way to determine that answer is to continue to monitor.

The best case scenario in trying to figure it out is to catch the units talking on an another talkgroup and telling one another unit to "switch to XYZ talkgroup".... and then having this talkgroup go active.
