BCD436HP - Salisbury Area - Looking For Programming Help

I've had my BCD436HP for about 3 years and have many favorites programmed and enjoy listening. I use the Sentinel software but fear I'm missing much of what this scanner is capable of. I bought the DMR upgrade but have never been able to make it work. Also having difficulty listening to the Airport. I am looking for some expert help in the Salisbury, MD. I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee for your knowledge and help. Thanks.

I purchased the BCD436HP last summer. I just plug in OC zip and receive non stop OCPD, north and south, MSP Salisbury and Berlin, Delaware SP and Fire , Wicomico and Worchester Sheriff/Fire etc. I haven't heard that much activity since the high and low band days down there. Maybe delete all your settings and just program for 21843 zip...just a thought from a new user. Good luck.
