Washington County Programming

I have a Pro-2096.I have tried and tried to program the Washington county Maryland project 25 but I must be doing something wrong.I import from Radio Reference but still when I upload and scan I dont get anything .it will sometimes stop and show a frequency but I never hear any of the p-25. all tho I do pick up the old analog freq. just fine I guess I am getting old I never use to have trouble programming before.Could anyone help? please thanks.

Because the 2096 is so old, you will need a custom table - it can't read the control channel information like the newer scanners can with a P25 UHF system. This information is given in the database entry here under the misc system information section

The table data should be enter-able using ARC96 or Win96. If you are doing this manually, here's a cheat sheet;
