Secret Service in Boston today?

Listening to the scanner today for the Mass State Police, and have heard several comments about the 'Secret Service' and security sweeps taking place for vehicles and a lot of related chatter that leads me to believe someone is in town for something? Anyone know anything about this? I thought Obama was in Boston last week, not this week....
