Is this site undergoing maintenance or something? The reason is because the control channel is just one narrow signal with just white noise and the voice channels just give out static here and there. I noticed this when unitrunker did not pick up the control channel then I went to check out the control channel signal on sdr sharp and found out there was no typical motorola smartzone sound or signal on the typical control channel frequency 857.2875 just a narrow line with just white noise. I went to the rest of the channels in the system but found no control channel.
