Here is my small station setup in corner of room. I use a Radio Shack PRO 2055 to monitor mostly general police/fire/rescue/ as well as some extra stuff like local malls, RR, etc. The old Uniden BC8500xlt is used mainly for the local PD, FD. And the small Uniden BC 700A is used mainly to monitor aircraft/airport. And I also occasionally monitor the marine freqs to listen to boats and tankers traversing the Providence river.
