155.0100 Royal Oak

been monitoring 155.0100 all day .I believe its the old Madison Hgts pd freq .
It seems to be something to do with Arts Beats in Royal Oak .
Its not Law enforcement from the chatter to do with the parking structure and a car not paying.
I noticed last year it was in use .
I looked in the Database and it has been removed

Royal Oak and Madison Heights used to share a repeater on that frequency before the OpenSky system came in. I wouldn't be surprised if it's being used for some low level parking enforcement.

155.010 was the old Royal Oak and Madison Heights police frequency. RO began using that frequency for arts beats and eats parking volunteers.
