Waterford Twp. FD and Lake Orion

The database for Oakland County still shows an analog frequency for Waterford fire.I had heard several years ago that this was phased out and its not exclusively Opensky. Is this true, or is there still an analog simulcast? I know most Oakland county FDs still have the simulcast due to issues with their paging systems.
Also, what is the status of Lake Orion village? All it shows is an analog frequency for PD, which I assume is no longer in use. Is the village fire dispatched by Orion Twp?

Waterford does station alerting on analog, but that is about it.
