Default Fort Worth NAS JRB Av Import

So I have bought my subscription and purchased my Uniden 396XT and programmed it with all my local stuff but I haven't found an import for the NAS JRB the av side. I live in the flight path and a super av geek. What would be the best way to create a system for the below information. Does anyone have a premade one I could install.

The easiest way with FreeScan is just select and copy the text and use the EZ-Grab! button on whatever system you have open to import and paste the text. It doesn't have to be .cvs or spreadsheet. It can even be in your web browser.

If you are intersted in NASFWJRB there is more unidentified stuff in the wiki article Fort Worth NAS JRB Tarrant County (TX) - The RadioReference Wiki
