Can somebody near Saint Paul tune in 166.2500 and tell me if they get analog PL 94.8 or NAC Code 001 with this frequency? Or, if you get BOTH, I would like to know that, too!

I caught the tail of a CW transmission at 8:35PM near Energy park. Did not get enough to even think about translating it. This was received in the clear by my TH-F6a which I placed on that frequency to monitor.

Yes, it is. What I am wondering, however, is if they are also using this frequency in the P25 mode with a NAC code of 001. I am highly skeptical and really doubt that they are, but I guess stranger things have happened.

You might have both them and CBP using it, which might explain the PL and the P25

I see all of the [FCC] Media Licenses are under 12K5F3E emissions
