The Biscay site 3-025 switched to 3-045 today, presumably in preparation for the Hutchinson/Biscay/Glencoe simulcast site activation.
Since the site number switched, I'm seeing radios/TGs being denied access that normally had access. Hutchinson Ambulance, Lifelink, Renville County, and the new McLeod County radios/TGs appear to be getting denied. It's also only advertising 2 of its neighbors, when there's normally 7 or 8 of them. The site's otherwise functional, as the normal State Patrol traffic is working fine.
Is it common for the sites to be left in this state while they're making changes? It's been in this state for about 6 hours now.
