MO Hwy Patrol, Ray Co, Clay Co, US Marshalls and others are near 180th and Dockery Rd on a manhunt. MHP has a helicopter and TAC teams on scene. K9 units just arrived.
Operations are on the KC MARRS system using the Regional Common 3 talkgroup.
Been ongoing since about 0700 this morning.
