Question is Saint Charles FD using P25 phase two?

If they are , it's on their own. Current communications with dispatch and their trucks is on same system as everyone else in St Charles Co. Unless I'm missing something.

They are not using phase II. I have been using my XTS3000 to listen and it is only phase I.
