Red face hello, I live in St Joe

Just got a new scanner and having a terrible time getting it going the correct way. What I do hear is choppy & it is not the distance, I live in the center of town. Please let me know if your up on the new system in St Joe.

Yep, I'm from JeffCO (Jefferson County), but I work in St. Louis County in the Maryville Centre complex, near Hwy 141 and Hwy 40 (I-64).

About once a week or slightly less I go into St. Louis City and listen in on their Trunked system..

just bought a whimpy scanner to get started and understand them, but guess I am dumb cause I can't figure out how to program it and use all the buttons and features EVEN after looking over the instruction book! LOL
