If anyone really is interested in having a V programmed and has no way to do it I would be willing to do it for that. $5 + shipping. I would go with USPS Priority over First Class though.

The post was on batlabs (well really it was batboard). And as for not being comfortable with doing it, you have my word that if you follow the instructions step by step, there won't be any problems. I did it just last week and it worked. Just let me know if you need help.

I will try the software file program edit.. I will have a minitor V Monday, so I won't be able test to see if it works but however It would be nice to have access to the engineering mode. What is the engineering password? is it still the capital of taiwan?

Those are just the pins from the Minitor V Charger Stand. But anything will work, just some sort of metal conductive pins, You could likely get a DB9 connector and use the pins in that if your at Radio Shack. You should see my new thread though, It is a lil newer and better way to do it I think.

If you have the Motorola zip file containing the programming software, the guide is in there in PDF format.

Also, if you did a full install of the Minitor V PPS, the manual can be found in a folder on your PC:

C:\ --> Program files (86) --> Motorola --> Minitor V PPS --> Manual
