A quick search for MT1500 software found the following on Repeater Builder site:

ASTRO25 PORTABLES R07.00.00 AND ASTRO TUNER R04.01.00. ( XTS 5000 / XTS 2500 / SSE 5000 / XTS 1500 / MT 1500 / PR 1500: RS232 cable = RKN4106. USB cable = RKN4105).2006.

The version listed on RB is quite ancient but on the right track! Current (and probably last) is ASTRO 25 Portable version R20.01.00 and Tuner R05.04.04.

Great way to get into the Astro 25 radio line. My MT1500 now thinks it's a XTS2500.

Not me Will. I handed it to a guy, he took it into the back room, & now it does P25, ADP, & other neat things. Not bad for a $40 radio. That includes a new case from Panter 88.
