The CAP+ system is not part of the Triangle Triconnex system.

Here is what I got from the Philly area from monitoring this system on DSD+ and also from going through that other post you linked to.

Site 1
Site 3 (Lionville) CC=3 NL = 5, 14, 16, 18, 45
452.825 (1/2), 461.675, 463.925
TG 2160
Site 5 (Honeybrook)
502.8875, 501.9125
Site 6
Site 7
Site 8
Site 9 (CC=9)
452.525
Site 13
Site 14 (Concordville)
454.250, 502.9125 (1/2)
Site 15
Site 16
Site 18 (Philadelphia) CC=4 NL = 3, 5, 14, 15, 16
454.25625 (3/4)
454.275 (1/2)
TG 2640 (K&S Towing) - Talkgroup known to roam to other sites.
TG 2500
Site 19
Site 23
Site 25
Site 26
Site 27 (CC=13)
454.34375
Site 28 (CC=14)
454.53125
Site 29 (CC=15)
454.19375
Site 45

Appears this system covers a lot of ground.

I added sites 1, 2, 8 and 9 this morning. Need to confirm color code on site 10. Also noticed that the original site 2 listing, which is now listed as Site 2 (1), had a frequency listed with a color code of 1, which doesn't fit with their regular scheme of sites and color codes. There were neighbor sites listed for that frequency though.

Pa digital radio network?

I think you have the name wrong, If you look up Triangle Communicaitons Inc. - Triangle Communications Home Page then look up the Trbo system .They call it "PA DIGITAL RADIO NETWORK" -> https://www.padigitalradionetwork.com/
And it has two partners that own it -> https://www.padigitalradionetwork.com/which-partner-do-i-contact.html
Centre Communications, Inc.Central Pa and Triangle Communicaitons Inc Eastern Pa.

I been working on the wiki page Triangle Communications - The RadioReference Wiki for Unconfirmed Talk Groups. And have named it "Triangle Communications [PA DIGITAL RADIO NETWORK] " for now to show that.

I also put a link for the Coverage Map, and it shows covering into NJ, so should it be a "MultiState" system in the data base?

Also a Admin need to combine all the threads on this system. I have seen 3 so far.

After reviewing the page with partner info, I agree with you about the name of the system. I went ahead and switched the name over to PA Digital Radio Network. Considering some of the confusion with licensing out near Northampton County, PA, I'm thinking that there may even be other partners involved with leasing, etc... I guess we'll find out :)

Is there confirmation that the Easton site is really Easton? Industrial Communications WPMT607, Location 1 out of Washington NJ which is 462.1000. I only ask because I'm in Nazareth, actually, right at this moment I'm at work in Palmer. If the site was in Easton, I would think I'd get more than 2-3 bars. Actually, it's 2-3 bars intermittently. Sometimes I have no bars. Below is what I logged in the last 15 minutes, conventionally.

760 462.1000/1 CC 1 324 779 NFM 6 00:00:05 07/15/16 13:10:05 07/15/16 13:10:13 Industrial Communications WPMT607 - Washington NJ Loc 1 - Nt 141: S 16: TG 760: U 779 Conventional CON

What system is this affiliated with ? I'm trying to locate the frequencies, the ones posted above are not in any data base that I have access to.

Ok I get that, but when I do an FCC search of the listed frequencies they come back as paging ?

Many Con+ systems use paging frequencies for the control channels so they can "get wide area licenses" without interference issues. Yes, that range used to be used for paging and IMTS. The other frequencies are standard business/industrial frequencies which don't have the same requirements.

Of course, having a license that covers three or more counties makes the site location more difficult, but obviously not impossible.

Hello,

UHF Paging channels were auctioned off and are licensed as block on a market area basis. This wiki page has more information.
Part 22 Paging Channels - The RadioReference Wiki

One such license for this system is WPVF400.
ULS License - Part 22 VHF/UHF Paging (excluding 931MHz) License - WPVF400 - Triangle Communications, Inc

73 Eric
Now that shows in the ULS
Market BEA012 - Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City, PA-NJ-DE-MD
Associated Frequencies (MHz) 000454.23750000-000454.26250000
000459.23750000-000459.26250000

Not JUST PA. as the RR database shows,

Hello,

The license only gives permission to use the frequency block in the area, not actual usage. The coverage map does suggest possible sites in NJ and DE to cover the Philadelphia area. It is possible for the licensee to assign a portion of the market area to another group, which gets licensed for the sub-area.

The RRDB shows observed usage.

I have started to set up different regional categories for this system since it covers such a large area. I would like to see it divided up by county, however it seems that many of the services utilizing this system work metro areas rather than counties. For example, what appears to be Rabbit Transit in Harrisburg actually serves both Cumberland County (Carlisle & Mechanicsburg) as well as Dauphin County (Harrisburg & Hershey) on the same talkgroup. I'm open to suggestions as to what would work best. Any ideas?

Also, the following LTR talkgroups from Chester County from 2007 have now been removed since the system is now DMR; they can be resubmitted to an analog LTR system in the area if they are still active:
Code:
1-05-136 landscaping
1-05-138 dump trucks
1-05-139 landfill
