Looks Like 1st Net is on the Move on Project Progression--Below is a snippet of the news story

AT&T Chairman and CEO Randall Stephenson said the company has completed one-third of the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) buildout, and the carrier is six months ahead of schedule of the buildout requirements in the FirstNet contract.

Makes sense as Apple and ATT have enabled the dual SIM capability of the iPhone X series smartphones. From what I was informed at an Apple/ATT seminar recently, this was done primarily for FirstNet where some jurisdictions require detailed public call records for FirstNet.
