Seward County

I've been trying to listen to Seward County rural fire departments and I'm thinking I'm missing something.

If I'm scanning, I can pick up tones and a page for say Garland on either 460.40000 or 453.37500 but I never hear anything after that. No one responding, clearing, back in service, or any communication during a call. Same goes for Seward (city) calls.

Does anyone know much about the happenings in this county?

I know that N-WIN TGID 51603 is Seward county Law. Not sure if it is the Seward county police department or the sheriff. Maybe fire/rescue is dispatched on this TGID also? Don't know for sure since I don't live in that area. I drive past Seward sometimes due to my job
