I have looked up the Reno Police Department frequencies to plug into my scanner. The "DEC" column is the one i believe i need, but it only gives a three digit code like "261". For the scanner, it would require this "261", then followed by a decimal, and three more numbers. How do you figure out how to listen to the frequency on your scanner? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
