Nsrs xmas frequency out of band

Has all rebanding completed? Christmas tree has a 869.600 frequency, and i can't track the system. I will "reband" the system and see if it works and let everyone know.

Any luck figuring this out yet? How about other sites in the Laughlin area? Please update/post anything you find. I can't hear them from Henderson but would be happy to have them for traveling.
