I had a short time to monitor a repeater on 172.55 with an input of 169.40, both CSQ. The dispatcher was giving out a fire weather forecast with wind, humidity, and temperature info. The signal was full scale while waling on the Pat Tillman Memorial bridge of Highway 93 overlooking Hoover Dam. Any ideas who this user is? Thanks in advance.

172.55 not an input. You are hearing the fire weather bcst that is sent out twice daily on all BLM and USFS repeaters in the S. NV area. 169.400 is the main BLM repeater output for the area, and 172.55 is another BLM repeater output covering the Redrock NCA.
