Any more site information(Pro96com logs) would be great! TKS :D
Search the 380-399.9-MHz frequencies range.

With the base transitioning to a new emergency radio system,
exercising mutual aid responses points out challenges before they become problems.

One example, the new enterprise land mobile radios (ELMR) used by the military worked extremely well,
even though the crash site was 35 miles north of the base, but the other local agencies all use VHF radios.

Youles said to maintain the crucial ability to communicate with local fire and law enforcement, the Navy uses both systems.

I live about 60 miles from Fallon NAS and i listen to the VHF radio systems but i didnt know anything about this ELMR system.
I dont have a Digital Scanner but i did search 380.000 mhz thru 399.9999 mhz and found two control channels.
380.8750 mhz weak but can hear trunking data.
381.1125 mhz strong and hear trunking data.
I am assuming that what i am hearing is trunking data for this system.
I havent looked at any ELMR info that might be avalible, but will look into it.

FYI: I still get a fair amount of VHF Highband traffic on the 138.0000 mhz to the 144.0000 mhz AM & FM from Fallon NAS.
Over time i have noticed maybe around 9/11/01, Freqs changed for Security and Job Control, other than that it all sounds the same.

The system is not fully operational, most of the sites aren't turned on yet. I know there are at least 14 sites that were installed. A few are throwing daily alarms back to the center, but because they aren't turned on yet, we are instructing the center to ignore the alarms.

NAS Fallon ELMR Freqs

As of May 2012 searching the 380 mhz portion of U.S.Govt band the number of sites have increased or transmissions have increased.
I have Multiple scanning recievers/two-way gear, but none are digital recievers.

Anyway i have found the following frequencies active:

380.0750 mhz(Digital Transmissions)
380.4250 mhz(Digital Transmissions)

380.5750 mhz(Control Channel/Constant)

380.8750 mhz(Havent heard this freq active as i did last year)

380.6375 mhz(Control Channel/Alternates)
381.1125 mhz(Control Channel/Alternates)
381.8375 mhz(Control Channel/Alternates)

I can drive around my local area (60 Miles from NAS Fallon) and recieve the signals fairly well, unless i travel south of town behind mtn then all signals are gone.
At or near USMC/MWTC Pickle Meadow Base there are no 380 mhz transmissions at all, so that excludes them.
I can recieve VHF Highband signals from NAS Fallon very well, so the signals i expect are coming from NAS Fallon.
So anyone who is interested about these freqs, this is all i have so far and have no digital recievers yet.
I will from time to time search that portion of the band again to see if any new transmitters show up.
