Yes, it will work 100%. Just put in the freqs. in the sites nearest you, but there are three things you MUST do.
1-Put each site in a separate bank.
2-Put the freqs. in the exact channels per the small numbers ahead of each freq. in the database.
3-Put the first freq. in channel 01, or 101, or 201, etc. DON'T USE CHANNEL ZERO.

Fourth step: Enter talk groups you want to monitor then close the bank. The dispatch in Elko covers the Winnemucca area and these are the most commonly used:

05-105 Elko Tac 1
05-106 Elko Tac 2
