OASIS site

I noticed on my last two passes through northern Nevada that I was no longer getting NHP traffic over Oasis. On Thursday the dispatch was pretty 'chatty' as I past Wendover to Elko. Once I lost range of Wendover site, the radio was silent until I got into range of Elko North, Elko Mountain sites, where once again I heard a lot of chatter. My thinking is that NSRS modified or added control channels to Oasis, as they have done recently with some other Northern Nevada sites.

Found a missing channel from the RR database which is listed on FCC site.
