Trip to vegas

OK so i am going to be headed to Vegas tomorrow and was looking up things on the data base and I see a long list of stuff under METRO PD all vhf and it says its a brodcast off the open crap radio system and was wondering if this is true? Are any of those VHF channels active?

The only VHF Metro stuff working is channel 1 Info. and channel 9 admin. and a few simplex channels that are not used much. Everything else is Sh*t Sky...
