Nellis is handing planes into North Las Vegas airport off on 119.15 today. Not sure if this is a temporary change? Can't find any info in the NOTAMS or FAA website. Sent an email so I'll wait and see.

Ok I got very nice email that explains it, 119.15 is an alternate tower freq for KVGT. I'll submit the change to the rrdb.
