Not sure but RAVEN had a RPD Unit onboard CHARLES-393 using RENO-GREEN with emergency tone activated. CHARLES-393 was watching movement on ground and advising TASK FORCE-14, UC and marked units what was seen. Car stop at locust and stewart was mentioned as well as katherine and stewart.
Then it was over i caught the tail end of something that occurred much earlier.
Over night there were 2 shootings and im not sure if that was part of this or not.
