Trout Canyon Fire

BLM, CCFD, and HTF are working a brush fire along Trout Canyon Rd north of Hwy 160. As of 3PM it was 15 acres, moderate rate of spread, running up slope to the north towards Mount Charleston. There is difficulty accessing the fire, there will mostly be hand crews and aircraft working it. The incident commander has requested (3) Type 3 engines, (4) Type 2 hand crews, (1) Type 1 copter, (1) Type 3 copter, (1) two seater, and (1) air attack.

What frequency does BLM fire use up there? on 164.475 I heard a dispatcher giving afternoon fire weather, and at the end of the transmission said Vegas dispatch clear. I was wondering if this is BLM fire? I looked in the DB but didn't see this frequency. I'm all they way in AZ near Kingman and have been listening to them work this fire on CCFD rural fire dispatch.
