Hi all,
A news update in the statewide NSRS system states that VHF is still used on Rte 50, Carson thru Ely. Well, that's the entire width of Nevada, and if these are the "old" frequencies, then why are none of them listed in the RRDB? Did somebody remove them prematurely? Or, is the "Loneliest Highway" just so lonely that nobody has catalogued it yet?
I will be traveling this stretch in the weeks to come and will happily verify where NSRS has replaced VHF and report my findings to RR, but I need those VHF frequencies....
Any clues?
Dave
