You gave the sub-audible CTCSS tones. I think he was looking for the audible alert tones, usually listed as two separate frequencies, similar to 782Hz - 1035Hz. The tones are used to open squelch on a firefighters audio pager and other like receivers. You hear these tones during an initial dispatch - Tone 1, Tone 2, whelp,whelp,whellp, announcement/dispatch audio.

I do not have the tones he is asking for, unfortunately.
