Jefferson Township PD/FD

I was passing through Morris County/Wharton area and had the Morris County frequencies in my scanner. Did not hear any activity on Jefferson Police at 45.80 and Fire on 46.56. I don't live in the area now, but actually did years ago. Are these 2 low band frequencies still valid/active for the Township ?

Yeah still active, crappy signal where i am in flanders nj though

The PD is on a repeater, so it's better to hear them, whereas the FD is simplex and it's hard to hear sometimes here in Hopatcong. The FD is on a UHF downlink of 453.9875, which is only the mobiles.
