Who uses these channels? 470.2375, 470.0875, 474.8750, 453.2125, 453,4625, 453,7125 & 453.8625. And who runs them?
470.0875 has been active with what sounds like security for a public event.

I've been hearing a lot of activity on 470.2375 and 453.8625 in the last two weeks or so from my location south Jersey.
