Monmouth County scanner listeners I need your help (since I am just to far north to monitor myself even with a good external antenna and I will not be down in that area for another 2-3 weeks!)
How busy is Hatzalah EMS Jersey Shore and what frequency is the busiest?
They are currently licensed for 2 frequencies 464.6500 and 464.7500 both with a DPL of 464. The 2 frequencies are licensed as repeater pairs with 2 locations. One in West Long Branch and one in Neptune. Any help or assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

They are actually pretty busy and Communicate ALOT on their radio channel. 464.650 is their busy channel. They have changed their PL/DPL within the past year or so.

DPL Changed?

As DJ88 asked the question did their DPL change? Now need a verification of their current DPL or if it has changed, what is the new one. Thanks

According to Elias, the tone DID change within the last year. My question to him was is the tone listed in the database here the correct tone. In other words, was the database updated to reflect the correct tone.

I programmed the frequency into my 996T and set it for tone search. I don't know if I can pick them up here but I shoulde able to as the power output for the freq is 100 watts and the maximum ERP is 125 watts. If I get anything I'll post back.

The Hatzalah Jersey Shore listing with 464.6500 and 464.7500 both with a DPL of 464 has been in place since last year "Summer 2012". So perhaps there was indeed a change? Thanks for monitoring them and let us know the results as soon as you get them. A big thank you!

Your post is somewhat confusing, at least to me. You show 464.650 as TX and 469.650 as RX, which is good, But then you show PL 203.5 TX D371. Which one is the correct TX tone? I asssume 203.5 is RX and 371 is TX, but I just want to make sure to get the correct info into the database.

The Hatzalah Jersey Shore listing with 464.6500 and 464.7500 both with a DPL of 464

However it looks like they did change according to the last postings to 203.5 CTCSS PL on the repeater output while their repeater input is a DPL of 731. So for scanner buff's the tone for both frequencies is 203.5 (CTCSS)). Some how this would make sense if there are inter-ops between them and the Lakewood Hatzolah branch which also uses 203.5 on their UHF channels. Thanks again guys, I'll see if I can hear them now here in N Jersey.
Just need to confirm finally and the have DB admin correct the entry in the RR DB

PL tones updated in the database. Let me know if there's a problem and we'll fix it. Thanks!

[FONT=&quot] OK listeners were moving NW to Middlesex County, NJ where a “New” Hatzolah branch is or has started namely; Chevera Hatzolah of Edison Township. (See link). I have checked FCC ULS for a current license and or an application for a FCC license. So far nothing has been found.
I suspect this chapter is still in its infancy and formative stages. However any information on radios and or and frequencies proposed and or being used would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Again
