Around 01:15 UTC "Bogey 1" called "Zombie 1" on USCG 1083/23A (157.1750) for meet up somewhere between Cape May and Atlantic City did appox 3-4 maneuvers each switched over to DC CAP (260.900) to communicate. Air contact constant throughout exercise switched between the two frequencies and even came up on ACY APPROACH ON 124.6000! Bogey 1 heading back to MacGuire AFB appox. 01:45UTC
