I would like to know if there is a way to only receive tone outs for Randolph fire and ems, I use a xtl1500 as a receiver and have the uhf frequency that is patched to the trunk system. I think its 476.5 dpl 205. any settings I can add to achieve this. it is way to busy as is .

The only way to do this is to set up a channel on 476.2875/71.9 PL and enable QuickCall II on that channel using the settings that make the channel stay muted until the proper set of tones are received. You will get an alert on the matching tones & only hear the dispatches for the agencies you care about.

If they use the same 'A' tone, you can easily set up the unit on 'A-B/A-C' mode & get 2 agencies out of 1 channel.
