Needing help on programing talk groups mainly my area Wylie Tx do not know what the LTR is and how it works can anyone help.

According to the spec's: Pro-94 - The RadioReference Wiki , the Pro-94 does not support LTR. I'm guessing this is what you want to program: Wylie Public Safety There are a bunch of trunking systems in Collin County and Dallas County at the bottom of the page that you can program, and here is an online manual that may make it easier to understand ALL of the features of your scanner: http://marksscanners.com/94/94.shtml
