Hi,
I am new to this Digital scanning. I have the software to download frome here and I am also a premium member here. I have downloaded the info to my scanner for this area and all is on the scanner but the police here in this area are digital apco 25 and only the newer digital scanners will let me hear them. Well, I have the pro-2096 and loaded it with the right frequencies... it works but sometimes I loose some of the conversation??? sounds like garbled hickup underwater mess? Anyone out there know what this is and can it be solved with a simple solution? Like I said ... I am new to this.. My lase scanners were the Uniden Bearcat 200XLT and RS Pro-2006 which I still have. My next one will be the RS pro-106. I always like to have a home and portable unit availabe to me!

no luck with that on or off! And it is DSP1.4. that it shows as the firmware.
