need someone to program my PRO-96

I have had it 2 years, spent a year off and on trying to program it and can't get help at any local Radio Shack. Is there a service out there that I can send it to to get it programmed for Culver City CA police, fire and local government?

thank you so much adam, i love having it work finally. one question, if there are channels that i don't want, can i just puch lockout when that channel is on or will that mess it up

when the channel is active just press lockout and you will not hear it anymore. If you have any more questions ask.
