I am a new user and I recently purchased a Uniden BCD436HP to monitor the Umatilla/Morrow County Oregon Trunked system. The RR database does not seem to have the complete system.
I can receive all the west side of the area info.(site-1), but not the east end of the area. This may be what is listed in the RR database as site-2.
I see that the FCC has the following frequencies licensed for the Weston site: 453.2125, 435.4625, 435.525, 435.5875, 435.6375, 453.7175, 453.8125, 453.8625, 458.525, 458.5875, 458.6375, 458.8125, 460.1375, 460.175, 465.1375, 465.175.
I can pickup a lot of voice traffic on 453.5875, some on 458.5875, and sometimes faintly on 460.1375.
I find 2 what seem to be control channels in the area: 460.1000 which is listed for site-1. The other channel shows at frequency 463.0250 and I also get a close call hit on this when I drive by the remote transmitter site. This frequency is not listed on the FCC list, but is listed in RR database.
I found this thread from when they figured out the site-1 information a few years ago.

Any ideas on what frequencies, base, offset, and step I should try to figure out this system?
