So today I switched from an old Radio Shack pro90 that worked fine for my local PD but wanted to Broaden my range so i upgraded to the uniden HP1. I'm trying to get Bethlehem,pa PD and i think i'm close because I am getting a little traffic on Dispatch 77 but that is all I get. What am i doing wrong? The signal meter is flashing but I hear nothing else. I have read a few posts but nothing seems to offer an answer.
