i am looking for someone in or close to rome, ga. to help me program my scanner. i have a manual but i dont understand the manual`s lingo.

Congrats on getting the 125AT. It was my first scanner and still one of my favorites to monitor aviation. You can't beat it!


To program a memory chanel into the Uniden BC125AT:
Your scanner uses "banks". You can add 50 channels to each bank. To add a channel, you hit HOLD. Then you type in the frequency. Then you hit FUNCTION, then ENTER. Then you hit ENTER again to save the frequency in to the memory bank. Then you can even add a name for it (Alpha tag) by scrolling down. Then hit save and you're all done. Rinse and repeat.
