Riverside Ohio Scanner Setup

Has anyone successfully programmed a Bearcat BCD396XT?

Ever since the switch to MARCS I have not been able to.

I want to monitor police and fire for:

Dayton East
Beavercreek
Riverside
Fairborn
Huber Heights

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

are you downloading from radio refrence? i have trouble with green county and i live about 10 mile from a tower. I think it has todo with the simucast system. I can hear montgomery co just fine. if you have a file you can email it to me and i will look at it for you

Here is the file. Remove the .txt extension and the file should work.
