New Receiver?

Hello, I haven't been on the forums for almost a year now. I just got back into scanning. I currently have a PRO-649 scanner with a yagi antenna configured for 120 MHz to 137 MHz reception. What's a scanner under $200 that goes in the 200 MHz-300 MHz range, and goes into the 1000+ MHz range? I do like the ICOM tabletop receivers, but they seem to expensive. I definitely want a tabletop receiver.

What would be a good receiver, something besides a RTL-SDR?
